What is an MYOB Certified Consultant?

A professionally endorsed person who has demonstrated a high level of knowledge, skill and experience with MYOB products. We must meet stringent selection criteria and take an annual assessment of our skills (pass rate must be above 80 per cent).

Once accredited we receive a continual flow of information, resources and knowledge from MYOB keeping us up-to-date on the latest product developments, tips and techniques. We also have exclusive access to the MYOB Certified Consultant web site, a dedicated MYOB Certified Consultant discussion, and support through free Technical Support.

What skills and experience do MYOB Certified Consultants need?

high level of proficiency using MYOB software, including payroll, time billing and inventory management
practical experience installing, supporting and training in MYOB
thorough working knowledge of bookkeeping and/or accounting, enabling us to help you structure and customise your software
thorough understanding of the Apple Macintosh and/or Microsoft Windows operating systems (includes file management, backup, restoring and email and Internet usage)
advanced working knowledge of other applications used with MYOB software, such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
